Shipping Terms: Free Freight

Orders over $250.00 net, per invoice, will be shipped freight paid. Orders under $250.00 net, per invoice are shipped F.O.B. Monticello, Minnesota. Orders for Special Manufactured Products or non-standard products are shipped F.O.B. Monticello, Minnesota.

Orders for distributors participating in the Bondhus® One Source or Full Line program will be shipped freight paid, and there is no minimum order size.

Warranty

All Bondhus® tools are guaranteed for life. If for any reason you or your customer are not satisfied with a Bondhus® tool, return it for a free replacement.

No Minimum Orders

There are no minimum order requirements. Order what you want, when you want it. Orders may be modified to comply with standard package quantities. Standard package quantities are listed in the current Bondhus® Price List.

Return Guarantee

All standard Bondhus® products can be returned for credit or replacement at any time. No questions asked, no hassles.

Simply contact us for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) and return the item(s) freight prepaid to Monticello, MN. Full Credit will be provided for all Bondhus® branded items -regardless of age or condition.

Due to the unique nature of supplying Special Manufactured Product and non-standard product, no returns of these products can be accepted.

Discounts

Discount percentages are based upon the total Net value of your previous year’s annual purchases. Each year your purchase activity will be reviewed and your discount established for the next calendar year’s purchases. If your purchases during a calendar year pass the dollar volume requirement for discount increase, your discount will be immediately changed to the higher amount for the remainder of the year.

Bulk Packaging Discounts

We will provide an additional 10% discount on standard product orders of a single part number in quantities of 250 pieces or higher. Bulk packaging discounts do not apply to tool sets, Special Manufactured Products, non-standard products or any products already offered in bulk quantities.

Special Manufactured Products

Tools not listed in the current Bondhus® Catalog or Price List will be considered Special Manufactured Products. We have a minimum order of $750.00 net per line item for all Special Manufactured Products. Approved prints are required for order processing. Orders are non-cancelable once production has begun. Quotes are valid for 6 months.

Payment Terms

Terms are Net 30 days from date of invoice. Open accounts are subject to credit limits. Credit approval is required.
